TATA Steel JE Qualification 2023

• A three-year full-time diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from any AICTE or UGC-recognized institute.

• Candidates with Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning will not be eligible for such posts.

TATA Steel JE Recruitment Selection Process 2023

The Selection Process of TATA Steel JE Recruitment 2023 based on the Following criteria:

• Eligible candidates will have to appear for Written test and interview procedure. Each stage will be an elimination stage.

• Before being considered for employment at Tata Group Company, eligible candidates who are currently employed with a Tata Group Company/Subsidiary/Associate Company must provide a NOC from their existing employer.The NOC must be produced at the time of interview.
• All the selected candidates will have to be declared medically fit as per Company’s medical fitness standard, before their appointments.
• All selected candidates will undergo Background Verification as per Company’s standard, before their appointments.
• The candidates in this procedure will not be reimbursed.
• Candidates who are found to be ineligible under the established criteria at any point of the selection process will be immediately dismissed from further consideration.
• Canvassing in any manner disqualifies a candidate automatically.

TATA Steel JE Salary 2023

The shortlisted applicants will be provisionally placed in the grade TSK D1 at a beginning basic salary of Rs. 17,530/pm with a CTC of Rs. 5.6LPA. Other emoluments and benefits will be as per the Company’s rules for this grade. Candidates with four years or more of relevant experience would be rewarded in excess of the guidelines.
