TATA Steel Associate Engineer Qualification 2023

• Candidates must possess a full-time diploma of three (3) years in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Production, Power Engineering from NPTI or an equivalent qualification from an institute recognized by AICTE.
• Diploma holders in the aforementioned disciplines from R D Tata Technical Education Centre, Jamshedpur, and J N Tata Technical Education Centre Gopalpur are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates with Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning diplomas are not eligible.

• Eligible candidates need to participate in a written test and interview process, both of which will be elimination stages.
• Candidates currently employed with Tata Group Company/Subsidiaries/Associate Company must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer before being considered for employment at Tata Steel. This NOC is required during the interview.
• All selected candidates must meet the company’s medical fitness standards before their appointment.
• Background verification, as per the company’s standards, will be conducted for all selected candidates before their appointment.

The selected candidates will be provisionally placed at starting Basic Salary of Rs.17,530/-pm with CTC of Rs 5.77 LPA, in the grade of SB D1. The other emoluments & benefits will be as per Company’s rule applicable to this grade. Candidates possessing 4 years or more of relevant experience will be additionally compensated as per norms
